- All pets and people must be out of the house while we are coating the floor. NO EXCEPTIONS.

- Doing the Swedish Finish requires that all pets and people be out of the house for at least 3 days.

- We do not move furniture, so it must be removed before we arrive.

-We need 220 electricity close to the area to be sanded for our industrial equipment. Stoves and dryers are usually 220.

- Food should not be left on the counters and should be in sealed containers to protect from contamination from the strong-smelling finish.

- Removing any knick knacks and other decorations as well as any ornate light fixtures will help cut down on cleaning you will have after the floor is sanded.
